This exciting, but poorly misunderstood cell that probably is much more important in health and disease than previously thought. The 7th biennial symposium on Eosinophils will be held in 2011 (International Eosinophil Society).

We have highly specific monoclonal and polyclonal antibodies against three of the major eosinophil granule proteins, eosinophil cationic protein (ECP), eosinophil protein x/eosinophil derived neurotoxin (EPX/EDN) and eosinophil peroxidase (EPO) and also purified, native proteins.

Do you need new tools for your neutrophil research? Myeloperoxidase (MPO) is currently the hottest molecule in inflammation and cardiovascular research. Human neutrophil lipocalin (HNL) or NGAL as some prefer to call the protein, is one of the most exciting new granule proteins in the diagnosis of acute infections, but as recently shown also a hot new candidate for the diagnosis of renal ischemia.

We provide you with highly specific monoclonal and polyclonal antibodies against myeloperoxidase and HNL, and also highly purified native proteins for experimental use or to be used as standard preparations in your immunoassay development. In addition we can provide you with a sensitive and specific ELISA for the measurement of myeloperoxidase in serum/plasma or any other biological fluid.
